This is my favorite time of year. I sit down, reflect on everything I accomplished over the past 12 months, and decide what’s next. Throughout the year, I use regular resets to check how aligned I am with my goals, and at the end of the year, I do a full review to see how things went. This process not only keeps me focused but also reveals major trends shaping the Medical Affairs landscape.
In 2024, I set out with a clear mission: to help Medical Affairs professionals demonstrate their value by upskilling in core areas like strategic thinking, insights gathering, and relationship building. It was a year of immense growth and impact:
